Matthew helps leaders and managers get better every single day. He has over 20 years of experience building and leading learning teams globally, with a recent focus on scaling US tech companies. He holds an MA in Professional Education from the University of London. Currently based in the UK, Matthew runs his own leadership development consultancy, Authentic Learning.
